With a salvo of smash releases, Samantha Loveridge has taken the music industry by storm. Her cover of REM’s legendary ‘Losing My Religion’ with Treetalk came out on Get Physical into a blaze of radio airtime and support. Championed by the likes of Black Coffee, Jimi Jules, Keinemusik and Rüfüs Du Sol. Samantha’s talent and hard work inspires power and unity which has connected dance floors all over the world.

Her original track ‘The Pusher’ was released on Innervisions and their iconic Secret Weapons series. A compilation showcasing some of the scene’s hottest music and made up of tunes label bosses Dixon, Âme and friends have been playing in the months leading to. A huge milestone for Samantha, to whom Dixon and Âme are electronic Gods and direct inspiration.

Gypsy roots and one seriously hip Mum exposed Samantha to a variety of sounds, cultivating a taste for magic early doors. Listening and singing to Country music ignited a passion to explore different cultures and instruments, blossoming into a love of Middle-Eastern and Afro sounds that ripple in Samantha’s productions and DJ sets. Her follow up with Get Physical, a collaboration with vocalist Lizwi, showcases some of Samantha's genre-melding sublimity and created a wave of excitement.

In keeping with her esoteric tastes, Samantha manages two nuanced record labels. Inward Records, child of Pippi Ciez, serves all things Afro and Organic. While Sparrow and Barbosa’s label, Tortuga Tribes, showcases Caribbean House. Samantha oversees everything from artists to socials.

On the decks Samantha is revered for her crowd synergy, technical tricks, and a messianic knack for playing the perfect track. She is known for pushing the envelope in the electronic music scene with ag ripping blend of deep, afro and melodic sounds.

As well as playing some of Australia’s coolest parties, including headlining the fabled Return to Rio Festival, Samantha also went global by chalking up gigs at Burning Man and Morocco, giving her a chance to embrace some of her musical influences. The road ahead looks bright for Samantha, as she continues to build on her success with a high output of releases on some of the most renowned labels, as well as gigs all over the world.
